Tucked away in a quiet area in the quaint town of Forsyth, MO you will find a beautiful home we have named #TheView. Far enough from city life yet only 13 miles outside of Branson should you choose amusement filled day trips. With sleeping up to 7 (or 9 if you have little ones!) #TheView is the perfect size for a family or friends getaway. Your home away from home has a fully stocked kitchen for any kind of meal (including waffle maker!) or choose to grill on the outdoor deck facing the view!

1st Floor
Family room with smart tv where you can stream your favorite shows.
Kitchen that is fully stocked and open to the living room. Appliances include waffle maker, coffee maker, popcorn machine, slow cooker, toaster, blender, pots/pans & baking dishes.
Main floor bathroom with soaker tub (no standup shower in this bathroom) & washer & dryer.
Both of the 2 Main bedrooms on the first floor have plush King size beds AND amazing views!
*Note* Spacious Master bedroom has Master bathroom that has the only stand up shower.
The master bedroom also has a loft area that is open and is being utilized as an office area.
2nd Floor:
Small 3rd bedroom has full size futon. When not in use its a great seating area.
Attached to the small bedroom is a bonus kids space.
*This space is noted for kids as it has really low ceilings…ranging from 3.5- 4.5 feet! *Caution* The kids will absolutely love their own space & will not want to leave!
Outdoor space
Outdoor Sectional, propane fire pit, relaxing lounger, charcoal grill (charcoal is not provided).
Have young children?
A pack n’play, high chair, step stool, and baby gate are all provided and stay in the closet of the master bedroom.

Summary: The property was very clean, organized and the sunrise with the balcony view was outstanding! We were so close to many adventures but stayed just a tad outside Branson making us comfortable and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Summary: I'm going to be as specific as possible. The TL;DR is that this is a wonderful property that we would not hesitate to book again. Pros: for once, the views from the property are better in person than in pictures! It truly is beautiful, quiet, and restful. The interior is decorated tastefully with nice little added touches like decoratively folded towels. There are three small things that could be improved. First, the mattresses are FIRM. We like firm mattresses but even for us they were a little too firm. If you don't like firm, you may want to consider bringing a mattress topper. Second, this is not a place where it's easy to do serious cooking. There were plenty of spices and cookware but no condiments, basic ingredients, cooking oils, etc. Basically if you're going to make a meal here you'd need to buy 100% of the ingredients needed. That's probably not a big deal for most people but it's something I like to know ahead of time. The third thing which may just be personal preference is that there are no curtains and all the big windows face east. That means beautiful views, but also blinding light that can't be adjusted in the mornings. Again, these are small things. Overall this property is a great value. Clean, excellent communication from host, beautiful views! We would recommend this place without hesitation and we hope to return.

Summary: We took a little weekend away for our anniversary. Our first time in Branson. We enjoyed our stay and the house. We will book the house again when we bring the whole family to Branson. Any question I had were responded to quickly. The Sun rise from the balcony is beautiful. We highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Definitely made our short trip worth it. Easy booking. Easy check in. Host was wonderful and was quick to reply with answers to any and all questions we had. Our only regret was not planning to stay longer. However, our host made everything feel so simple so we were able to enjoy the short amount of time that we did have. Thanks again! :)

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed at The View for our spring break trip. We really enjoyed the space, and the property manager was there to promptly respond when we needed as well. Our kids enjoyed their fun space upstairs and the living space was our favorite. We appreciated the chance to make some new memories.

Summary: The View provided a comfortable stay for my partner and I. We loved the pretty view and the added touches the property provided. The morning sun that comes through the windows can be a bit bright. Maybe a sheer curtain to pull across the windows so the living room can be enjoyed in the morning longer would be my only recommendation. Great walkable quiet neighborhood and close to great coffee in Hollister. Thanks again for taking the time to make this place special for your guests.
